Oldenburg Industrial Park

The Oldenburg Industrial Park was established in 2021 by the City of Washington through the 353 Redevelopment Corporation.  The park spans 115 acres with direct access to Highway 100.  Named in honor of the City’s first Economic Development Director, Richard Oldenburg, the park offers flexible lot configurations and full access to industrial-grade utilities and infrastructure, supporting both large and small-scale projects.

Layouts

Oldenburg Industrial Park is an officially designated Missouri Certified Site with over 75 acres currently available, divided into four lots.  In June 2025, construction was completed on the Highway 100 Widening Project. Highway 100, which provides direct access to the industrial park, was widened to improve traffic flow and enhance safety for vehicles entering the park.  Specifically, dedicated turn lanes were added for both eastbound and westbound traffic.
